On Monday, October 22, 2018, Ambassador Ron Dermer, Israel’s Ambassador to the United States, spoke from the bimah at Congregation Beth Israel before a crowd of over 800 people.
Rabbi David Lyon welcomed the crowd and introduced Consul General of Israel to the Southwest Gilad Katz, who spoke warmly to the community before introducing Ambassador Dermer.
